How do I stop a recurring task?

Scroll to Scheduled Task Automations in History, open the task's actions and choose Cancel recurring task. Its status becomes Canceled and no further runs happen.

Delete recurring task also stops future runs and removes it from the list. To change the settings, cancel it and create a new recurring task.
