My scheduled task started a few minutes late
That is expected. VEOit checks for due tasks regularly, so a scheduled task usually starts within about 10 minutes of its time.

Scheduled tasks are picked up by a regular check, so a start up to about 10 minutes after the chosen time is normal. If another task is already running, yours starts once that one finishes.
For launches where timing matters, schedule the task a little earlier than you need the videos.
