Community Q&A
Do the videos have sound or a voiceover?
VEOit videos have ambient sound only. Voiceover, narration, speech and singing are excluded, and those words are removed from prompts.

Videos come with ambient sound only. VEOit asks for no speech and no singing, and removes words like voiceover, narration, dialogue and lyrics from your instructions, because spoken audio often triggers Google's filters.
The upside: one video works for every language your store sells in, and many themes play product videos muted anyway.
