Am I charged credits for failed videos?
No. VEOit uses 5 credits only after a video is generated and added to the product. Failures, retries and skipped products are free.

Credits are deducted only once the video is on your product. If every retry fails, if the condition skips a product, or if a product has no images, no credits are used.
Automatic retries and fallback models are included. You can verify your usage on Plans under Usage This Month.
