Credits are VEOit's unit of usage. Every plan includes a monthly amount, and you can add more at any time.
What uses credits
Each 8-second video added to a product uses 5 credits.
What is free
- Products skipped by your Video Generation Condition
- Products with no images
- Failed generations, retries and fallbacks
- Store scans, the dashboard and scheduling
Checking your balance
Home shows your available credits at the top. The Usage This Month card on Plans shows how many credits you used this month, how many are carried over, and how many remain. A banner warns you when you pass 75% of your credits, and again at 90%.
VEOit checks credits before each product. If fewer than 5 remain, the product gets an Insufficient credits message instead of a video.
