Community Q&A
Can I get vertical videos for mobile?
Not at the moment. VEOit generates 16:9 landscape videos at 720p, and your Shopify theme decides how they are framed on phones.

All VEOit videos are 16:9 landscape, 720p MP4 files. There is no vertical format option in the wizard today.
On mobile, your theme decides whether the video is letterboxed or cropped. Open a product page on your phone after the first task, and check the media gallery settings in your theme editor if the framing needs adjusting.
