Cover new products automatically

VEOit Scheduling

Use a recurring task on all products or a collection so new products get videos on each run.

VEOit covers newly added products through recurring tasks. Each run looks at the current products in the selection and skips the products that task already processed.

Recommended setup

  1. Create a task with All the Products or a collection where new products land, such as "New arrivals"
  2. Add a Video Generation Condition if only some products should get videos
  3. Schedule it and tick Make this task repeat in the future
  4. Choose Weekly for frequent launches, or Monthly for slower catalogs
  5. Pick 12 repetitions for a long-running automation

Credits

Each run uses 5 credits per new video. Make sure your monthly credits cover the number of products you usually add between runs.
