How Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly runs are dated, and what the repetition count means.
Patterns
- Weekly: runs every week on the Day of week you pick
- Monthly: runs every month on the Day of month, from 1 to 31. In shorter months, a day like 31 runs on the last day of the month
- Quarterly: repeats every three months on the chosen day of month
Time of day
Every run keeps the time of day of the first scheduled run. A task first scheduled at 02:00 keeps running around 02:00.
Number of repetitions
Choose 1, 3, 6 or 12 times. When all repetitions are done, the automation shows Finished in Scheduled Task Automations. To continue, create a new recurring task.
