Monthly reset
Your monthly usage resets at the start of each calendar month, and your plan's monthly credits are added again.
Rollover on paid plans
- On Starter, Professional and Enterprise, unused credits carry over to the next month
- On Free, unused monthly credits do not carry over
- When you change plans, your unused credits are carried over to the new plan
Purchased and gift credits
Pay As You Go credits and gift code credits are added to your balance as carried-over credits and do not expire.
On Plans, the line Your total includes X carried over credits shows how much of your balance came from rollover, packs and gifts.
