Why videos are 8 seconds long and why each one uses 5 credits.
The Video Duration field shows 8 seconds (5 credits) and cannot be changed. It is currently locked at 8 seconds, the maximum duration supported by the Veo 3.1 model for reference image mode.
What 5 credits buys
- One 8-second video for one product
- Credits are used only when the video is generated and added to the product
- Skipped products, products without images and failed generations use no credits
Videos per plan
- Free: 5 credits, 1 video per month
- Starter: 15 credits, 3 videos per month
- Professional: 40 credits, 8 videos per month
- Enterprise: 100 credits, 20 videos per month
Unused credits on paid plans roll over to the next month.
