After you submit a task

VEOit Bulk video tasks

What happens once a task is created, where to follow it, and when you get notified.

After Submit Task, VEOit shows Task Successfully Created with two buttons: Go to History Page and Create Another Task.

What happens next

  1. The task appears in History as Pending, or Scheduled if you chose a later time
  2. When the worker picks it up, it changes to Processing and the progress bar moves product by product
  3. It ends as Completed, Completed with errors or Failed

Tasks run in the background, so you can close the app. Tasks run one after another: if another task is running, the next one waits until it finishes.

Turn on Email Notifications in Settings to get an email when a task completes or fails. VEOit also remembers your last task settings as defaults for the next one.
