VEOit uploads each video to Shopify and attaches it to the product's media automatically.
You never download or upload files yourself. When a video is ready, VEOit handles the whole transfer.
- The MP4 file is uploaded to Shopify's secure storage
- It is attached to the product as a new video in the product's media
- It is moved to the Generated Video Position you chose in the task
Good to know
- Existing images and videos are never deleted or replaced. VEOit only adds a video
- Shopify may need a minute to process a new video before it plays in the admin and on your store
- The video gets a basic alt text, which you can edit in Shopify
- Credits are charged only once the video is attached to the product
