Generated videos are normal Shopify media, so you manage them in the product page.
After upload, a VEOit video is a regular Shopify product video. You control it fully from the product page in your admin.
Reorder
In the product's Media section, drag the video to a new spot. The first media item is what most themes show first.
Remove
Select the video in Media and delete it. This does not affect VEOit or refund credits, since the video was delivered.
Replace with a new version
- Delete the old video in Shopify if you no longer want it
- In VEOit, create a New Task with Specific Products and select the product
- Adjust the Video Style Instructions and submit
The new run uses 5 credits and adds a fresh video.
