Retry or resume a task

When to use Retry task and Resume task, and how they treat progress and credits.

Retry task

Available for Failed and Cancelled tasks. It resets the counters and the list of processed products and runs the task again from the start, with the same products and settings.

  • Fix the cause first: add credits, improve images, or adjust the condition
  • Products that already received a video in that task can receive another one, using 5 more credits each

Resume task

Available for Waiting tasks. It continues from where the task stopped and keeps the progress already made.

Only some products failed?

For a task that is Completed with errors, create a new task with Specific Products and select only the products listed in the Error Log. That avoids paying again for products that already have a video.
