Why many products were skipped, and how to adjust the Video Generation Condition.
When a Video Generation Condition is set, the AI answers yes or no for each product. A no means the product is skipped, with no video and no credits used.
Why too many products are skipped
- The condition asks about things the AI cannot see, such as existing videos, prices, tags or stock. It only sees the title, the start of the description and the number of images
- The condition is too narrow or vague
- Product descriptions are empty, so there is little to judge
How to fix it
- Rewrite the condition around the product type, title words or image count
- Make it broader, for example "any physical product"
- Clear the field to generate for every product in the selection
- Use Specific Products when you already know which products need a video
