What happens when a task runs out of credits and how to finish the remaining products.
VEOit checks your balance before each product. If fewer than 5 credits are left, that product is not generated and the Error Log shows a message like Insufficient credits (need 5, have 3). No credits are charged for it.
What you see
- Some products got videos, others show the credit message
- If no credits were left when the task started, the task is Failed with a message about the monthly credit limit
How to finish
- Add credits: upgrade on Plans, buy Pay As You Go credits, redeem a gift code, or wait for the monthly reset
- For a failed task with no videos, use Retry task
- If some products already got videos, create a new task with Specific Products for the remaining ones, to avoid duplicates
