Quick fixes for waiting tasks, credit errors, skipped products, and videos you cannot find.
Task not starting
Tasks run one at a time. A Pending task starts when the task ahead of it finishes, and a Scheduled task starts at its time.
Insufficient credits
Each video needs 5 credits. Check your balance on Home, then upgrade, buy Pay As You Go credits or redeem a gift code.
Products not updated
No images found: add an image to the product- Skipped: your Video Generation Condition answered no
- Failed: open the Error Log in the task details
Video not visible
Shopify may need a minute to process a new video. Check the product's Media section in your admin, then your theme's media settings.
Video looks wrong
Improve the first product image and simplify the Video Style Instructions.
