Why a task can wait in the queue or move slowly, and when to contact support.
Pending for a while
- Only one task runs at a time. If another task is running, the next one waits until it finishes
- A large task ahead in the queue can take an hour or more, because each video takes a few minutes
Processing slowly
- Video generation is slow by nature. A product can take several minutes, more if retries and fallbacks are needed
- Open the task details: if the progress or Processed Products & Results changes over time, the task is working
Restarts
If the service restarts during a task, VEOit resumes it from the last processed product, without redoing finished products.
When to contact support
If a task shows no progress at all for more than an hour, email support@yassinemalti.com with the task ID.
