Videos already added stay on your products; tasks and settings are removed from the app.
You can uninstall VEOit at any time from Settings → Apps and sales channels in your Shopify admin.
What stays
- Every video VEOit already added stays on your products. They are normal Shopify product media
- You can keep, reorder or delete those videos in Shopify as usual
What is removed
- Pending and processing tasks are cancelled
- Your task history and VEOit settings are deleted
- A paid Shopify subscription for the app ends with the uninstall
If you reinstall later, you start with an empty History. Contact support@yassinemalti.com if you have a billing question before uninstalling.
