My task failed right after it started
This usually means no credits were left when the task began. Check your balance on Home, add credits, then use Retry task.

If your balance is empty when a task starts, VEOit marks it Failed with a message about reaching the monthly credit limit, without processing any product.
Add credits on Plans or wait for the monthly reset, then choose Retry task in the task's actions. Because no video was created, retrying will not cause duplicates.
