Do I lose credits when I upgrade?
No. When you change plans in VEOit, your unused credits are carried over to the new plan, so upgrading never wipes your balance.

Upgrade from Plans by clicking Upgrade on the plan you want and approving it in Shopify. Your remaining credits move with you and are added to the new plan's monthly credits.
Check Usage This Month afterwards: the carried-over line shows the credits you brought along.
