The video is not showing on my storefront
Confirm the video is in the product's Media in Shopify, give Shopify a minute to process it, then check your theme's media settings.

Open the task in History and click Edit in Shopify for the product. If the video is in Media, it was delivered; Shopify may need a minute or two to process it.
If it still does not show, check where it sits in the gallery and your theme's product media settings, then reload the page in a private window.
